Nothing scripted per say, just kids doing fun stuff. The packaging we created had to reinforce that and show behind the scenes of shoot, pull down the curtains so to speak. These elements started with one basic idea - to showcase a turntable of talent we had coming to the network. It shortly became a completely different thing altogether. The entire shoot was similar to a Fellini film with everyone not knowing what would or could happen next. We hired the ever so talented Prologue to help us sort out our visual ideas. Incredibly talented, but for this shoot we had a communication breakdown which proved to be trying at times. In the end however they pulled it out and made some great pieces. Our equally talented production company Reel Sessions held everything, I mean everything together during the chaos. I was convinced from that moment on that Sandrine and her group could handle any scale of problem that could arise. This shoot involved a monstrous amount of effort and people to produce. Shot at Siren Studios in Hollywood we had a crew of 60 to shoot 2 full days of elements that would be used as packaging for these upcoming blocks of shows. We had six shows with multiple talent scheduled to shoot. Some coming as far as Canada to be a part of the shoot and we had to arrange everything. If that wasn't ambitious enough we also scheduled talent to do their PR shoots in the same building after they walked off set. Continuing the non-stop process. In the end these elements came off as cut up, kinetic pieces you keep finding new little bits within. Something hard to take your eyes off of.
